We provide our clients with a pre-construction planning process to make sure the job goes smoothly. These pre-construction services include reviewing the construction schedule, introducing the subcontracting team, and providing insight from a masons point of view. The pre-construction planning process provides our client with a clear picture of how we will tackle a project. Our planning process and insight comes from over 25 years of industry experience.

Our estimators tackle detailed take-offs to meet aggressive bid schedules, all while trying to provide a competitive proposal. Our estimators and bid facilitators help provide a detailed summary of inclusions and exclusions that provide a road map for General Contractors. Our Project Management team along with Field Superintendent and job specific Foreman plan each job out from layout to wash-down — every time.

Our team compliments each other with a wealth of field and office knowledge that can be seen in the quality of our work. Communication is key!  Our field and management staff communicate and coordinate with each other to provide a harmonious relationship with the General Contractor, the other trades onsite, and with our vendors and suppliers.

Our Controller and accounting staff work diligently to keep our clients, vendors and employees happy. Our accounting team brings 30 years of combined construction accounting experience to the team and we pride ourselves in meeting multiple application deadlines and servicing multiple billing formats. The accounting team works hard to make sure that all suppliers and subcontractors are paid timely and that all required contract documentation is received and up-to-date.

EMC provides each job-site with a skilled and resourceful Safety Management Team comprised of a Safety Director, Safety Coordinator, and trained foreman. Each foreman has a minimum of 30 hour OSHA training and are certified every 2 years in CPR and first aid. They are also trained in Silica Awareness, Blood Born Pathogens, Scaffold Safety, Hazard Communication, and many other areas of safety. It is our goal to provide our workers with a safe worksite and to encourage a team approach to job-site safety. Our dedication to our safety program is reflected in our EMR ratings in each state where we perform work.
