Enterprise Masonry Corporation (EMC) is a Specialty Commercial Masonry Contractor. Incorporated in Delaware in 1993, our corporate office is located in Wilmington, Delaware. We work in Delaware, Pennsylvania and Maryland. We pride ourselves in professional project management, quality construction and providing our customers with Expert Skilled Craftsmen, Mason Tenders and Scaffold Builders.

EMC is currently a member of the Delaware Contractors Association and supports the National Association of Women In Construction. We are signatory with Bricklayers Local 1 of Delaware and Laborers Local 199 of Delaware.

EMC takes safety seriously, requiring all of our foreman to attend the OSHA 10 hour training seminar and to complete weekly toolbox talks. We staff a safety consultant who tours our job sites regularly, monitoring our projects and employees. We also apply for the Delaware Safe Work Credit allowing for annual inspections of our jobsites and home office. All of our public work is bonded. In 2008 we became a partner in the OSHA alliance program.

COMPANY HISTORY:

Enterprise Masonry laid its first masonry unit in 1993; to date EMC has laid more than 13 ½ million units. Our excellent reputation has spread quickly allowing our business to enjoy a steady growth. Our contracts range from the private sector to public works, institutional projects and historical restoration work. These projects make up some of Delaware’s everyday buildings quietly demonstrating our quality, experience and know-how.
